What's this green ticket I can win from Bonus Pick?

In the current Bonus Pick event there's a green ticket but I really don't know its purpose, it should be something Blastoise related, or at least that's the suggestion I get tapping on it. I already got 2 but nothing happened, and I can't find any menu where to use it.

What am I supposed to do with this item?



Those Event Shop Tickets are a main feature of all the Wonder Pick Events. You can collect them by getting them through a Wonder Pick, or as objective rewards that are often coming during the second part of the event.
